As Key Account Executive, your goal is to nurture existing client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and ensure customers receive seamless, value-driven support. Identify, initiate, and secure cross-selling opportunities across funding and material sales to drive revenue growth. Provide clients with expert support by coordinating with relevant teams and offering guidance on products and funding options. Collaborate closely with Energy Services and Material Sales teams to craft joint proposals addressing comprehensive customer needs. Track and report account performance using CRM tools; prepare regular updates for senior management and contribute to forecasts and strategic planning. Skills and Experience Required: Minimum 2 years' proven experience in account management, sales, or a related field-preferably within insulation, construction, or sustainability sectors. Strong ability to build trust-based client relationships and collaborate internally. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset. Analytical skills to identify trends and deliver actionable insights. Proactive problem-solving and solution-oriented approach. Exceptional organisational and time management skills. Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
