As Sous Chef you'll: second in command to our Head Chef, stepping up and covering when they are not on shift. You will be right in the action in our kitchen, running the line during service and helping cover for the Head Chef when necessary.

* Oversee, organise, and encourage the kitchen team – helping to develop their skills
