Rate - £350 - £400 - OUTSIDE IR35
Change and Release management activities working alongside Service Transition, Delivery and Architecture teams.
The Change and Release Management role will manage the support, coordination and administration activities required to ensure releases are smoothly delivered into live operations. The role will involve relationship building with both the customer and internal stakeholders to help transition releases and remediate identified items from health checks. This element will ensure services are delivered in line with required security standards and best practice processes to achieve ongoing service excellence.
The incumbent will be recognised for their organisational and communication skills. The role will be well suited to candidates who like to stretch themselves and who are able to manage a range of tasks across a broad and diverse role, and are comfortable being fully accountable for their results.

* Experience of working with IT Service Management toolset.
* ITIL v3/v4 Foundation
Desirable:
* Knowledge of operating IT systems within Government environments
* ITIL Intermediate qualified in Service Transition and/or Release Control Validation
* Experience of working with ServiceNow
