Presently we are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Dental Nurse to join our thriving mixed practice in Preston, Lancs. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fully equipped, state of the art practice alongside some of the finest practitioners in the area.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensuring CQC requirements are met
* Providing clinical chair side support to the dentist
* Maintaining stock levels of consumables within the practice
* Setting up and decontamination of instruments
* Reception cover, face to face and over the telephone, arranging appointments if required
* Maintaining and updating patient records
* Ability to also take on the role as receptionist
Specific Skills:
* GDC registered ideally but not essential
* Experience of EXACT (SOE) desirable
* Experience of working in a mixed practice
* Maintain a strong emphasis on the patient journey and level of service provided
* Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
