Workshop Supervisor needed in Barnsley Paying £19.66 per hr ref 000B 1674 / 1
Full time hours on a temporary basis
* Key Responsibilities
o Supervise and coordinate daily workshop activities
o Lead, support, and motivate a team of technicians/mechanics
o Allocate jobs and monitor workflow to meet deadlines
o Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
o Maintain tools, equipment, and workshop facilities
o Identify training needs and support staff development
o Monitor stock levels and order parts/materials as required
o Ensure compliance with health & safety policies and procedures
o Liaise with management, suppliers, and customers as needed
o Troubleshoot complex issues and provide technical support
