International Zoo Veterinary Group (IZVG) is looking for a part-time accountant/business manager. The position is based in Keighley, West Yorkshire, a town close to the Yorkshire Dales, Leeds and Manchester.
IZVG is the largest full-time zoo and wildlife practice in the world.
As accountant/business manager, you will be responsible for the company’s financial and operational performance. The role will include invoicing, purchasing, payroll, pensions, banking, cash-flow oversight, and nominal ledger upkeep; producing monthly management accounts and annual reports, submitting VAT returns, coordinating insurance renewals, and liaising closely with external accountants; and general business support.
A qualification in both business/finance and accounting is essential; minimum of 5 years business/finance experience is essential; veterinary industry experience is valuable but not essential. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
