Your Role
As a member of our bar team, you will:
* Prepare perfectly blended drinks and serve high-quality food that delights our customers.
* Maintain an effective bar service with a focus on high-quality, efficient service.
* Keep the bar area clean and organized.
* Have in-depth knowledge of all beverages served, including preparation and presentation.
* Process payments (cash and credit cards) accurately.
* Be an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicator.
* Represent Defence and uphold a positive brand image.
* Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
* Adhere to Health & Safety regulations.

Working Conditions
