As GRAHAM continues to grow, we are now looking for an experienced Administrator to play a key role supporting our Learning & Development (L&D) Team.
Reporting to the Head of L&D, you will have daily responsibility for administration duties within data management and training support.
Key responsibilities include: Ensure data management systems are maintained with updated training and system information.
Assist with the organisation of training events, including arranging room bookings, hospitality and the administration of associated billing.
Ensure all trainer required resources are ordered and available ahead of each training session.
Assist with the collation of training course attendance records and attendee feedback.
Make travel arrangements (booking flights and accommodation) for trainers.
Manage the administration of GRAHAM Academy, including career fair bookings.
Assist in administration of GRAHAMS annual appraisal process.
Assist in the administration of the companys Further Education policy, ensuring records are up to date.
Assist in the grant recovery process.
Handle all communication enquiries for the team (telephone / email / post)
Provide a generalist administration service to the L&D team.
This job description is intended to give the post holder an appreciation of the role envisaged for the L&D Administrator and the range of duties to be undertaken. It does not attempt to detail every activity. Specific tasks and objectives will be agreed with the post holder at regular intervals.
Essential: Strong IT skills including advanced level Excel
Proven administrative experience in a busy, fast paced office environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organisational skills.
Strong attention to detail
Problem Solving, Planning and Prioritising skills
Ability to adapt to changing needs of the team and role
Desirable : Administration experience within a L&D Team
Experience booking hospitality and travel
Experience processing invoices
