I am working on an excellent opportunity for a paralegal to join and provide expert legal support to the private client department of one of the most respected firms west of Birmingham.
My client are looking for an experienced private client paralegal that is capable of assisting fee earners on a range of matters whilst also taking ownership of a small caseload. This is a perfect opportunity for development and progression within a friendly and supportive team.
The successful candidate will take on a caseload consisting of:
1. Wills and LPAs
2. Administration of Trusts and Estates
3. Assisting on deeds of variation, gifts and deeds of family arrangement
4. Assisting with tax and estate planning
The ideal candidate will have worked within a private client department for a number of years and are ready to take the step up to a fee earner.
Salary: £27000 - £30000 depending on experience
