Salary: £130,000 - 143,000 per year Requirements: Proven experience with TSOM (Telecom Service & Operations Management) and ITSM modules, including ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, and SecOps. Strong background in implementing ServiceNow solutions, including the design and development of ServiceNow modules. Experience with designing and implementing CMDB and Discovery. Expertise in ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, and MID Servers. Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting involving JavaScript, Glide, and Flow Designer. Strong technical architecture skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions. In-depth knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes and best practices.
