Job Description:

Requirements
* Handling a caseload of claimant Serious Injury claims, predominately RTA-based, with values ranging from £150K+
* Delivering excellent client care to those who have experienced traumatic and life-changing events.
* Supporting Senior lawyers with leadership and motivation of the team.
* Conducting regular technical and case reviews, providing feedback and mentoring.
* Communicating with clients and meetings with a multi-disciplinary team of experts.
* Analysis of evidence and research of legal issues on liability, causation, and quantum.
* Drafting documents, including statements, pleadings, and schedules of loss.
* Securing early interim payments and appropriate rehabilitation.
Person Specification:
* Qualified Solicitor or Fellow of CILEx. There are numerous roles within our clients expanding team, so our client will be interested in speaking with NQ solicitors upto Grade A.
* Proven experience dealing with serious injury claims
* Commited to delivering excellent client care.
* Excellent communication skills, including negotiation and objection handling.
* Accountable for achieving objectives in a fast-paced environment with high work quality standards.
* Competent with case management systems, and a good knowledge of Excel and Word.
* Strong attention to detail.
