Job Description
3. Process payroll for employees in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
4. Processing timesheets
5. Maintain accurate payroll records and resolve discrepancies as needed
6. Producing, collating and distributing reports from the payroll system to various departments throughout the organisation
7. Collaborate with the accounting and finance department to ensure timely payroll submissions.
8. Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and management.
9. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements.
10. Assist with payroll audits and provide necessary documentation.
11. Support the implementation of system or process improvements related to payroll.
12. Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee information at all times.
The Successful Applicant
A successful payroll professional should have:
