Day to Day Duties
An exciting new role for a Finance Administrator - duties include general day to day duties including administration, to ensure the smooth running of the department.
* Accurate and timely posting of invoices to the purchase ledger
* Credit Control
* Dealing with discrepancies'
* Problem Solving
* Filing and Reconciliation
* Answering the phones and taking messages
Essential Skills
* Attention to detail
* Very strong communication level - excellent telephone manner
* Successful candidate must have SAGE experience
* Good organizer and can prioritize workload
* Good team player and strong team ethos
