Chesterfield College is seeking a part time Job Coach to join a passionate and highly effective team. The successful candidate will play a key role in establishing meaningful work placements and Supported Internships for our learners. They will provide support and guidance, both in college and externally within the students’ workplaces.
* Are you passionate about enhancing employment opportunities for young people with disabilities?
* Are you able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of reasonable adjustments for a range of disabilities?
* Are you skilled at communicating reasonable adjustments and advocating for SEND students within their work placement?
* Do you successfully adapt your communication to meet the needs of others e.g. employers, learners and their parents.
* Are you experienced in teaching and supporting skills for the workplace?
