Mobile Cleaning Supervisor — Milton Keynes

Full time - Monday to Friday
Up to 25k annual salary
Our client is a large facilities management company currently working on a high-profile contract. They are looking to appoint a cleaning supervisor to look after a team of cleaners on a number of various sites within the Milton Keynes area.
The successful mobile cleaning supervisor will need to complete the following;
* This is a working supervisory role and you will be expected to assist the team with the cleaning duties as and when required.
* Some works around the times for the cleaning team to monitor staff may be required.
* A good working knowledge of cleaning practices, full BICS knowledge required.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential as commitment to adopt the client’s visions and values.
* Organise rotas
* Manage equipment, materials and stock levels
* Control costs to ensure services are delivered within agreed budget
* Supervise quality control procedures to ensure high standards are maintained
* Conduct team briefings to cascade information to staff
Qualifications
* Experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry
* Full driving licence
