The role:
* Promote a Positive Safety Culture - Work collaboratively with all employees, clients, contractors, and visitors to foster a proactive safety culture. Ensure everyone understands and upholds their personal Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (SHEQ) responsibilities.
* Lead and Develop the SHEQ Team - Manage, develop, and support assigned personnel within the SHEQ function
* Implement and Maintain SHEQ Systems - Support the implementation, communication, and ongoing maintenance of all SHEQ objectives, targets, policies, and procedures. Monitor their effectiveness and drive continuous improvement as needed.
* Business Management Systems Compliance - Lead the management and continual improvement of Business Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 55001), ensuring ongoing compliance and championing their effective use across the site
Minimum Requirements:
1. NEBOSH general certificate (Must be willing to work toward Diploma)
