* You need a proper good book (creative portfolio of brilliant ideas you’ve made happen IRL)
* You need agency experience.
* You need to work across social, TV, digital and everything in between.
* You need really sharp craft skills able to write dialogue for TV and radio, long form copy, and big conceptual thinking is essential.
* You need to be a brilliant Copywriter.
* You need to be a hard-worker.
* You need to be a confident presenter.
* You need to be a decent person.
