We are currently looking for a passionate Finance Assistant to join our Finance Department on a permanent basis, with an immediate start, to help us deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other. As a Finance Assistant, your main duties and expectations will include:
* Managing hotel commissions for rooms, group bookings, and events
* Issuing all Accounts Receivable (AR) invoices, ensuring they align with the provided backup documentation, assisting with necessary adjustments, and supporting payment allocation as needed
* Managing the reconciliation of gifted vouchers
* Managing the Accounts Receivable (AR) inbox and responding to all inquiries professionally and promptly
* Identifying opportunities to enhance and optimize current processes
* Performing daily cash reconciliation and investigating/reporting discrepancies
You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
