As a Functional Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping claimants navigate the claim process by conducting engaging consultations. Duties & Responsibilities
1. Conduct three comprehensive assessments per day, evaluating clients' physical and mental health to assess their functional abilities.
2. Prepare detailed reports based on assessment findings, ensuring clarity and proper analysis.
3. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop tailored care plans.
4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices.
5. Provide clear explanations to clients regarding assessments and outcomes.
6. Participate in ongoing training to enhance assessment skills and professional knowledge.

Essential Criteria
* Valid license to practice as an occupational therapist, nurse, physiotherapist, paramedic, or doctor
* Fully registered with HCPC, NMC, or GMC
* At least one year of post-registration experience
* Legal right to work in the UK
* Valid driving license or reliable transport
* Ability to pass security vetting, including DBS or Access NI check
No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided.
