The Role
Working with this Legal 500 Tier-ranked National Corporate Department, you will act on ultra high-value and complex transactions both nationally and internationally.
Within this role, you will advise on a wide range of corporate transactions including private and public mergers and acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, intra-group restructurings, cross-border transactions, Equity Capital Markets and a variety of strategic and regulatory-driven projects.
With renowned colleagues, you will have the opportunity to develop your technical and client relation skills while helping to cement the company's reputation as a leader in the Corporate world. As well as excellent career progression opportunities within the team, there is also ample scope for secondments.
The successful candidate will be in an enviable position to develop market-leading expertise in Corporate Law and take a significant and exciting step forward in their career.
The Ideal Candidate
1. Is an ambitious individual with 5+ years PQE of Corporate Law.
2. Ability to independently manage a complex and varied workload
3. Excellent verbal/written communicator with first-rate interpersonal skills
4. Has a proactive, innovative and value-adding mindset
