SANZA Teaching Agency is partnering with a welcoming primary school in Twickenham, home to a supportive resource base, to recruit an enthusiastic youth mentor in Twickenham or surrounding areas. This role is ideal for someone passionate about working with children who require SEMH support, helping them develop confidence, resilience, and positive routines within a nurturing school setting.

Responsibilities
* Work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to deliver tailored SEMH interventions
* Provide 1:1 emotional or behavioural support
* Run small‑group activities designed to encourage engagement and positive behaviour
Qualifications
* Experience working with children or young people, ideally within SEMH or behaviour‑support settings
* Positive, patient, and proactive approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Understanding of safeguarding responsibilities
* Local to the area or accessible
* Backgrounds such as youth mentors, youth workers, youth group leaders, sports mentors, or similar are encouraged
* Experience in education and training desirable
