The Role
Due to continued growth, the firm is seeking an experienced Senior Employment Solicitor with 7+ years PQE to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to handle a broad spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, working closely with a Chambers-ranked Partner.
You'll advise medium to large corporate clients on complex employment law issues, including:
1. HR issues and employee relations
2. Managing tribunal and court disputes
3. Drafting employment documentation
4. Strategic advice on TUPE, restructures, IR35, and changing terms and conditions
5. Supporting clients with transactional and outsourcing matters
Key Requirements
6. 7+ years PQE as an Employment Solicitor
7. Strong expertise in TUPE, employee relations, IR35, and other key employment law areas
8. Experience managing a high workload and demanding corporate clients
9. Essential counselling and non-contentious experience
10. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
11. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
