We're looking for a proactive and personable Property Administrator to join our Residential team based at our Head Office in Trumpington, Cambridge on a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave.
Our expert residential team supports clients through every stage of the property journey – from valuations and marketing to negotiations and successful completions – across buying, selling, renting, letting, and new home developments.

What you'll be doing:
* Handling daily phone and email enquiries whilst managing the Residential Sales inbox alongside the Client Care Coordinator
* Co-ordinating appointments for viewings, preview visits and surveyors whilst liaising with vendors and applicants

* Creating property information pages for new listings using OneNote
* Managing and auditing key and alarm sheet records, including vendor communication for access
* Supporting the viewing guide team with diary management and inputting feedback from viewings

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
