A well-established organisation in High Wbe are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join them on a part-time basis of 3/4 days per week.
Your new role
As the Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for:
1. Managing and processing monthly payroll with accuracy and attention to detail, working alongside our managed service platform.
2. Ensuringpliance with HMRC regulations and payroll best practices
3. Ensuring HMRC submissions are made accurately and on time each month
4. Maintaining and updating employee payroll records
5. Supporting payroll reporting and reconciliations
6. Administering statutory payments and pensions
7. Responding to employee queries relating to pay, tax, and deductions
8. Assisting with the administration of employee benefits where applicable
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in applying for the role of Payroll Administrator, you will have:
9. Experience in payroll administration (essential)
10. Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
11. Excellent organisational andmunication skills
12. Amitment to confidentiality and data integrity
13. CIPP qualification (or currently studying)
14. A genuine interest in developing a career in payroll
