Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician - with a minimum of 2 years' experience - to join our team. In this role, you will perform service and maintenance calls as well as assist with installations as needed on a variety of residential heating and air conditioning systems. You will also assist in training junior technicians and ensure top-tier service for our amazing customers. We are looking for great candidates who aspire for management.

Required Qualifications:
* Valid driver's license
* 2+ years of HVAC Service experience
* HVAC Install experience
* EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License -
* HVAC Certification from trade school -
* Willingness to invest in necessary tools and ongoing training
* Meet all qualifications and possess tools required for Service Technician Levels 1-4
* Strong understanding of preventative maintenance benefits
* Advanced customer service and communication skills
* Ability to take on leadership roles and responsibilities
