Early Years Nursery Practitioner - Level 2/3 Qualified - ASAP Start in Enfield
This family‑run supportive nursery in Enfield is looking to appoint an Early Years Nursery Practitioner to start ASAP! The nursery is in a great location with a private outdoor space, trips to local parks, specialist and sensory rooms, and a positive energetic learning environment. This is a permanent Nursery Practitioner role with a salary from £24k to £28k per annum.
It is essential for the successful Nursery Practitioner to hold a relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare.
As an Early Years Nursery Practitioner, you will:
* Have previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting with children under 5
* Support children with their personal, social and emotional development
* Assist with early reading, vocabulary and literacy, and early maths skills development, following the EYFS curriculum
* Encourage development through interactive play and exploration, including child‑led learning
* Help children to build on their social skills and develop positive relationships from an early age
* Provide a supportive, stimulating and language‑rich environment where every child can thrive
* Be able to work in a team collaboratively
* Have great knowledge of early childhood development and display strong communication skills
