Job Description
3. Undertake and manage comprehensive building surveys.
4. Record and report findings accurately.
5. Inform future investment and maintenance works with survey data.
6. Ensure all works are compliant with current building regulations.
7. Cooperate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
8. Manage resources and time effectively.
9. Ensure all safety protocols are adhered to during survey processes.
10. Provide excellent customer service to residents.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Stock Condition Surveyor should have:
11. A degree or equivalent in Building Surveying or related field.
12. Proficiency in building pathology and diagnosing defects.
13. Strong knowledge of building regulations and health and safety requirements.
14. Excellent customer service skills.
15. Ability to manage time and resources effectively.
16. Strong communication and report writing skills.
