About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Shot Blasting & Powder Coating Assistant to join our growing production team. This is a hands-on role supporting the preparation and finishing of metal components to a high standard.
You will be working in a busy industrial environment and will play a key part in ensuring products are prepared, coated and finished efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with shot blasting and surface preparation of metal parts
* Hanging and removing components from coating lines
* Supporting the powder coating process
* Inspecting finished products for quality and consistency
* General workshop duties including cleaning and maintaining equipment
* Following health & safety procedures at all times
About You
* Hardworking and physically fit
* Reliable with a strong work ethic
* Comfortable working in an industrial environment
* Good attention to detail
* Willing to learn and be trained
* Previous experience in shot blasting, powder coating or manufacturing is an advantage, but not essential
