Are you hands-on, detail-driven, and looking for a role where no two days are the same? Our client is a well-established manufacturing business in Brackley, and they’re looking for a *** Production Operator *** to join their growing team.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in producing high-quality plastic enclosures, PCBs, and a wide range of electronic products. From operating precision machinery to assembling intricate components, your contribution will directly impact the reliability and performance of the finished products.
What you'll be doing as a Production Operator:
·Operating and monitoring production machinery to create plastic enclosures, PCBs, and other key components.
·Following clear instructions and technical specifications to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
·Assembling components with care and accuracy — ensuring every product meets exacting standards.
·Carrying out quality inspections, spotting defects, and correcting them early.
·Supporting machine setup and changeovers for new production runs.
·Performing soldering of PCBs and cable assemblies with precision.
·Keeping your workspace clean, organised, and safe at all times.
·Taking part in quality control checks and contributing to process improvements.
What our client is looking for in a Production Operator:
·Previous experience in production, assembly, or a similar environment.
·Hands-on knowledge of plastic enclosures, PCB assembly, or mechanical components.
·Confidence in soldering and using technical diagrams/specifications.
·A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a focus on quality.
·Ability to work independently and within a team.
·Commitment to following health & safety standards.
