Role & Responsibilities
1. Lead projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring design and technical excellence throughout
2. Manage and coordinate planning and technical stages across multiple projects
3. Act as a key point of contact for clients, consultants and contractors
4. Oversee and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support
5. Prepare and review detailed technical drawings and specifications
6. Ensure projects are delivered in line with budgets, programmes and statutory requirements
7. Coordinate submissions for planning, building regulations and tender packages
Required Skills & Experience
8. ARB registered Architect with significant post-qualification experience
9. Strong technical knowledge with proven UK project delivery experience
10. Excellent working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD
11. Experience leading projects and managing client relationships
12. Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning processes
13. Strong communication and organisational skills
14. Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
