This school is seeking a passionate and dedicated General Science Teacher to join their team. The successful candidate will inspire students to develop their understanding and curiosity about the world through engaging and interactive science lessons. Beginning September 2025.
Duties as a General Science Teacher:
* Plan and deliver high-quality Science lessons across Secondary levels
* Teach topics across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics in line with the curriculum
* Encourage practical, hands-on learning through experiments and investigations
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
* Contribute to curriculum development and school-wide science initiatives
* Support extracurricular science-related activities, such as clubs and competitions
Ideal General Science Teacher:
* A recognised teaching qualification (such as PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
* A degree in Science or a related subject
* Experience teaching Science in a school setting
* Strong communication and classroom management skills as a General Science Teacher.
* A passion for Science and the ability to inspire students
