Shepherd Neame is looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team kitchen. If you have previous catering experience, are seeking a new challenge, and want to develop your career in the kitchen, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.
Located in Bearstead, near Maidstone, the Oak on the Green sits on one of the prettiest village greens in England. Founded in 1665, the Oak Inn has hosted notable visitors such as Baroness Orczy, creator of the Scarlet Pimpernel, and Kent leg spin bowler Alfred Percy 'Tich' Freeman. Today, the Oak on the Green is renowned for using largely local produce across its extensive menu, offering both British and Mexican cuisine.
We believe that excellent chefs are key to a successful kitchen. As part of our friendly and supportive team, you will play a vital role in ensuring outstanding service and food quality for our guests.
If you have proven catering experience, love food, are motivated, and a great team player, we can provide training to teach you everything else you need to know.
