We are currently seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join a busy site team in Tamworth, supporting a kitchen replacement programme within a residential setting.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a customer-facing role and can confidently manage resident relationships throughout planned works.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the main point of contact between residents and the site team
2. Keep residents fully informed before, during, and after works
3. Manage appointments and coordinate access for kitchen installations
4. Handle resident queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
5. Carry out pre-works and post-works visits
6. Ensure all communication is clear, timely, and documented
7. Support site management to ensure minimal disruption to residents
Requirements:
8. Previous experience working as a Resident Liaison Officer (ideally within social housing or planned works)
9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
10. Ability to manage challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
11. Well-organised with good administrative skills
12. Confident working on-site and liaising with multiple stakeholders
