The Role
As the Mobile Electrical Supervisor, you’ll:
• Ensure all PPM is carried out efficiently and documented in real time using PDA systems.
• Manage reactive tasks and improve processes by identifying plant failures and advising on necessary follow-on works.
• Maintain all plant in serviceable order, swiftly remedying faults and defects.
• Undertake Point of Work Risk Assessments prior to starting any tasks to ensure safety.
• Supervise the works of sub-contractors to meet contractual KPIs and SLAs.
You
To be successful in the role of Mobile Electrical Supervisor, you’ll bring:
• Relevant industry qualifications and previous experience in electrical systems management.
• Competence in fault finding and diagnostic skills for a variety of electrical systems.
• Good communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and clients.
• Flexibility to work out of hours for on-call responsibilities.
• A full clean driver's license and ability to work unsupervised.
