What youll be doing: ?Supporting services to deliver safe, effective, high-quality careevery day, not just for inspection. ?Carrying out audits and reviews that actuallylead to improvement, not just paperwork. ?Working closely with managers, clinical teams, and operational leads to drive positive change. ?Helping ensure were always inspection-ready by guiding services on CQC compliance. ?Monitoring complaints, incidents, safeguarding casesand helping bring them to meaningful resolutions. ?Feeding into governance and improvement meetings with clear, accurate data and insight. ?Contributing to a culture of learning, transparency, and accountability. ?Helping us roll out PSIRF, satisfaction surveys, and service-wide improvement initiatives. What you bring: ?Experience in a quality role in healthcare or social care (Registered Manager or QualityLead ideal). ?Solidunderstanding of the CQC regulatory framework and quality standards. ?Confident in auditing, analysing trends, and producing practical action plans. ?Excellent written and verbal communicationyou know how to influence as well as inform. ?Strong IT and data-handling skills. ?A full driving license and access to a vehicle (youll be out and about a fair bit). ?NVQ Level 4 or equivalent experience. ?Resilient, self-motivated, and able to juggle competing priorities with calm confidence.
