We're offering an exciting opportunity for a Sous Chef to step into a supportive, creative kitchen where fresh, seasonal ingredients and consistency are at the heart of everything we do. Working alongside our Head Chef and wider kitchen team, you'll have the freedom to learn, grow, and take real pride in delivering dishes that embody our ethos of elevated home-style farmhouse cooking.
As Sous Chef, you'll be trusted with responsibility-not just supporting daily service, but stepping up to lead the kitchen when the Head Chef is away. You'll have input on menus, get hands-on with fresh produce (including from our onsite bakery and butchers), and be part of a team that values calm leadership, collaboration, and creativity.
