In this project we will work closely with artists, businesses, schools and members of the public. This is an exciting event for Amaze and a great project to work on. Find out more about The Story Trail. We are looking for a project administrator to help us deliver the project, working within and alongside our fundraising and marketing team. The Project Administrator will be primarily supporting our work with schools and artists. They would also be supporting with the organisation and delivery of events. We are looking for someone who is organised, passionate and good with technology. Key responsibilities of this role In this role, you will be responsible for supporting at events, liaising with schools, youth groups and artists and supporting volunteers. You will be within the Fundraising and Marketing team at Amaze, which currently has 4 members of staff, led by the Head of Fundraising and Marketing. You will be a mix of office and home-based, with some days at events and activities within Brighton & Hove. The ideal candidate for this job will be organised and confident at using IT systems.
