Office Administrator / Reception Newry We are working with a successful Newry based business to recruit for their new Administrator / Receptionist to join them on a permanent basis. Reporting into management and working with a small team you will be providing both front of house / reception as well as ongoing administrative support across the business. This will include; Answering incoming phone calls and directing enquiries across the team Handling basic bookkeeping tasks Managing stationery supplies and placing orders Performing general office duties using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) What we are looking for Experienced within a similar role Sound level of IT literacy Strong communication and interpersonal skills Office based, working Monday to Thursday 9am to 530pm with 4pm Friday finishes.
