As a Maintenance Supervisor you’ll play a key role in ensuring we can deliver our services in a clean, safe and pleasant environment, so our residents and staff can feel proud of their surroundings. What you’ll do: Provide and manage the delivery of minor essential caretaking, cleaning and routine repair and maintenance work for buildings, furniture and fittings, as well as the maintenance of grounds and gardens within the home. Support the Registered Manager to ensure high standards of cleanliness, an efficient service and Health and Safety compliance at all times. Undertake health and safety checks, test and record fire and security alarms systems and equipment and test and record water temperatures and content in accordance with procedures.
