You’ll lead the charge on our Client Acquisition strategy - blending creativity with commercial thinking to help DoThinkDo grow, inspire, and stand out. The Role DoThinkDo is an innovative company with ambitious growth plans, this role is key in helping us deliver those plans. As our Client Acquisition Manager, you’ll be both strategic thinker and hands-on doer - working closely with our founder, CEO, and sales team to shape our outbound activity and ongoing customer acquisition strategy. Your Focus Areas 1. Lead generation Own the execution strategy for attracting new leads Drive outbound sales activity to secure meetings and conversations that convert to tangible opportunities Own the inbound stream of opportunities, work with marketing across multiple channels to build our brand and visibility Leverage all available channels to maximise outreach Build contact & influence networks Build strong relationships with stakeholders at potential / future client organisations Analyse and profile industry events and publications for attendance / advertising Design and execution of targeted advertising 2. Account-based marketing Working with Marketing and Learning Partners to open up new growth areas in existing accounts Support ABM planning, creation of contact and department mapping Follow up calls and meetings with prospects 3. Marketing collaboration and support Competitor analysis and profiling Create client acquisition and industry / sector specific campaigns Creation and curation of relevant and meaningful sales & marketing collateral 4. Events Manage funnel of digital and in-person events for attracting new customers, Create CRM campaigns and sequences to identify, invite and nurture event attendees Collect participant report on effectiveness of approaches Conduct AB testing to establish best practice for event outreach Who you are We are looking for a creative thinker, someone who loves to collaborate and is curious about communication, how people learn and what we do to help and impact them. You’ll have several years experience in a consultative b2b sales environment, ideally within learning / training organisations, and be competent with the mechanics of client acquisition, such as CRMs (Hubspot is ideal), campaign generation and proposal writing. You’ll have an interest in how AI can and will shape Business Development. Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and generate leads is also a bonus.
