We are seeking an experienced Interim Privacy Lawyer to support a global organisation during a critical period of growth and transformation. This is an exciting opportunity to join a large, international business with a significant presence across the UK and Europe, supporting the legal function with a particular focus on privacy and data protection matters, working closely with the senior legal counsel and reporting directly to the Global Head of Privacy.

Location: Fully Remote
Duration: 2–3 months
Start Date: ASAP
Experience: Ideally 3–5 PQE, though more senior candidates with relevant experience and flexible rate expectations are encouraged to apply
Equipment: Provided and couriered to your home address
Interview Process: One stage interview with the Global Head of Privacy
Day Rate: £Day Rate
Key Responsibilities
* Support the legal function on privacy and data protection matters
* Work closely with senior legal stakeholders, including the Global Head of Privacy
* Contract drafting and review
* AI-related risk and compliance matters
* Vendor/privacy agreement (VPA) sign-off
* General commercial legal advice
* Ad hoc M&A support
Requirements
* 3-5 years' PQE
* Strong experience in privacy and GDPR
* Previous in-house experience, particularly within AI or cyber-related sectors
* Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
* Agile, hands-on, and able to quickly integrate into existing teams
