We’re on the lookout for a creative, strategic, and hands-on UI/UX Designer to help elevate our customer platforms and digital presence across web, app, and email. Job Requirements Hands-on experience in UI/UX design A strong portfolio that demonstrates your design thinking and craft Expertise with Figma (design systems, components, prototyping) Solid understanding of UX best practices and responsive design Experience working on both web and app products Excellent communication and team collaboration skills Attention to detail and the ability to work independently If you’re a designer who loves great UX, clean UI, and the freedom to work your way, we’d love to hear from you. Job Responsibilities As our new UI/UX Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping the visual and experiential future of our digital products. You’ll work across teams to deliver pixel-perfect design and intuitive journeys for our users. Own the full design lifecycle for web, app, email, and beyond Lead UX improvements using feedback, testing, and analytics Collaborate with marketing and tech to deliver high-impact designs Design and iterate on user flows, wireframes, and prototypes Maintain and evolve our design system and Figma component library Support dev teams during build and UAT to ensure flawless implementation Champion user experience, brand consistency, and creative excellence Document your work clearly and keep design assets organised Job Benefits Salary: £31,000 per annum (pro rata) 15-hour work week Choose how your hours work for you – whether that’s 2 full days or spread across 3–4 shorter ones.
