Are you a passionate and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant with a strong background in supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting for dedicated TAs to work in primary schools across Middlesbrough, supporting children with a range of additional needs.

Position: Level 3 Teaching Assistant (SEN Support) – Full Time
About the Role:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH needs
* Assist class teachers in adapting resources and delivering inclusive lessons
* Support emotional regulation, communication, and behaviour management strategies
* Work closely with SENCOs, parents, and external agencies to meet individual learning plans
* Foster a safe, nurturing environment where every child can thrive
What We’re Looking For:
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
Experience working with children with SEN in a primary school setting
Strong behaviour management skills and a calm, supportive approach
Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
This is a full-time role, with potential for long-term or permanent opportunities for the right candidate.
