Responsibilities:
- Prepare sushi dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure the quality and presentation of sushi plates
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi bar and kitchen area
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in meal preparation and cooking as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or similar role in a restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and ingredients
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knife skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
