is a digital platform, magazine, and podcast dedicated to history, historical fiction, and espionage. Our contributors include Charles Spencer, Anne O'Brien, Simon Sebag Montefiore, and Tessa Dunlop.
The Opportunity
We are offering work experience placements for graduates with an interest in history and publishing.
Responsibilities
● Proofreading, formatting, and content planning
● Supporting digital marketing
● Assisting with layout and visual design
● Drafting and responding to emails
● Potential opportunities to write for the website and magazine
Who We're Looking For
● Passion for history and/or historical fiction
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Professional, reliable, and able to work independently
● Ideally, a graduate in History, English Literature, or a related field (other disciplines considered)
● Interest or experience in publishing, editorial, or design is a plus
Must-Have Qualifications
● Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
● English proficiency: Native or bilingual level
● Work authorisation: Must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications
● Editorial experience: 1+ year
● History-related experience: 1+ year

● Duration: 1 month (part-time)
● Location: Remote, with occasional in-person meetings if required
● Unpaid internship (with potential for future paid freelance/project work)
