Our client are a specialist commercial law firm with offices in Liverpool & Chester. With a friendly culture and excellent reputation with their clients, they are now seeking a Property Litigation Paralegal to join their fast-growing team. The successful Property Litigation Paralegal will have excellent communication skills, good time management, and be able to build rapport with customers. Responsibilities: Assisting solicitors with a caseload of commercial property litigation matters. Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and court forms. Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries. Liaising with clients, counsel, experts, and third parties. Assisting with case management, including court bundles and document disclosure. Managing deadlines and ensuring accurate file maintenance. Supporting with business development and departmental tasks as required About You: Minimum 6 months' experience working in a commercial property legal environment (ideally with litigation exposure). Strong understanding of property law principles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems. A paralegal qualification or legal degree is preferred. Interested?
