The Role:
1. Advise clients on financial direction and strategy to meet targets.
2. Assist with capital budgeting, helping clients assess projects and investments.
3. Perform due diligence for transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and fundraising.
4. Structure and negotiate financial deals, often working closely with lawyers and other experts.
5. Assist clients with preparing for investor or vendor due diligence.
6. Manage the full lifecycle of transactions, from planning to finalisation.
