Responsibilities
* Produce and publish compelling content across all major social media platforms, ensuring relevance to diverse global audiences.
* Work collaboratively with influencers, partners, and internal stakeholders to maximise brand visibility across owned and earned channels.
* Support the development and rollout of integrated social media campaigns aligned with wider PR and marketing strategies.
* Capture, edit, and optimise visual content—including imagery, video, and animations—while keeping up to date with digital trends.
* Provide insights and analytics to support data-driven decision-making across communications teams.
* Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistent tone of voice, messaging, and adherence to brand standards.
* Collaborate with wider marketing, corporate communications, and customer engagement teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
* Manage community engagement, responding to audiences in a timely, professional, and brand-aligned manner.
* Evaluate campaign performance and share actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
* Proven experience managing social media channels such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X, with demonstrable engagement success.
* Strong creative abilities across photography, videography, and editing.
* Solid understanding of social media trends, digital measurement tools, PR, and marketing principles.
* Demonstrated ability to create, analyse, and optimise social media content strategies.
* Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams within communications or marketing.
* A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
* Strong relationship-building skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
