Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional, fashion-led styling consultations to an elite client base
* Build and maintain a strong client book through proactive clienteling and CRM outreach
* Maximise sales opportunities through wardrobe building, multi-selling, and cross-selling
* Confidently manage VIC and High Net Worth clients, ensuring discreet, personalised service
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience within premium or luxury fashion retail
* Strong styling expertise with in-depth knowledge of fabrics, fit, and fashion trends
* Proven track record of working with VIC & HNW clients
* Commercially driven with a strong ability to exceed KPIs and maximise ATV
