Key Responsibilities:
* Planning, designing, and implementing physical and virtual IT infrastructure solutions aligned to customer requirements.
* Providing ongoing maintenance, support, and troubleshooting of deployed critical IT infrastructure.
* Conducting regular system health monitoring, backups, patch management, and vulnerability management.
* Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for all deployed and supported infrastructure.
* Developing and maintaining scripts and automation tools to increase the efficiency of system administration tasks.
